Overall Goal: i have bin training now for almost 6 months and in that i have gained 16lbs muscle unfortantly i cought flu and had 8 days away from gym there for losing 10lbs but i have put 4ilbs back on in a fortnight so im hope in to be back on track soon

How I Started:
wanted to gain weight and muscle so started in oct06 and since then i have gone 4 times a week training a hour each time and have put on about 12lbs i also take protien shakes but i only started them in jan 07
Why I Love It:
the real reason i love it is because the feeling i get when i leave the gym and i feel proud of myself this is also the reason i quit smoking and cut down drinking
How I Stay Motivated:
i always am motivated because i am so kean to look good naked and i wil do what ever it takes
BB Accomplishments:
so far not many allthough i have prob doubeld the weight i lift on the smith machine in 4 months the muscle i want the most is my chest so im always on that machine and pec dec
