Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): 300!
Goal (Long): I will become a well rounded lifter, I just started squats and dead lifts, so my bench is actually better than either. I'd like to get up to 300 lbs one each of the exercises and increase my reps for size and stamina. I need to lose my midsection fat.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

So I just moved to Seattle and started running.  It's miserable and cold, but I have nothing else to do, so it's easy to get out and do it.  I started out at 20 minutes and I'm adding one or two minutes every time I run.  It's slow, but I'm getting there.
