JAZZYEYESOPEN My son is fabulous! Like I said, he gets me going through the day. Did you get the caliper? The results are usually better when someone else measures your bodyfat with those things. Have you tried the BIA to get bodyfat? It may be a little easier to measure, but I am not sure about accuracy. Still, you won't have to do all of those pinch tests. Oct 30, 2008 12:01pm

kendafriend Yep, comp was rough. No supplements for a while. It's good to lay off supplements every now & then to cleanse your body. I don't think supplements can compare to eat healthy. Most people just don't have the time to get all those meals but that's my plan for the next 6 weeks. -Ken Oct 23, 2008 5:21pm

leealynch No worries. For comps I limit my carb meals to 2 a day. Oats for breakfast and 2-3 hours later I'll have some cous cous or rice with tuna/chicken. Then thats it for the day. Outside of comps I tend to not eat carbs from late afternoon on (unless I'm training in the avo and needs a carb meals after). If you do your cardio mmake sure you have your heart rate in a fat burning range as opposed to cardio. Oct 11, 2008 11:05pm
