How I Started: i started when ive seen that friends are getting bigger but not natural, so i thought, ler me see what i can do natural....and of course how could it be else, watching arnolds movies.
Why I Love It: man once u start u just love it, dont know why.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at arnolds pumping iron video when i dont feel like working out.
BB Accomplishments: want to start competing on the natural bb side, staying drug free....

this is just too much bodyfat  i have lost a couple of pounds, i think im bout 164 here.....just dont want to loose to much to quick....wanna keep the muscles thats under i hope!!!

sorry for the late responce, but as for my arm workout i do the when i work chest and again on arm days paired with triceps. I usually do 6 sets when i work them.

I eat whatever I can get my hands on, usually clean food that I have prepared but if im out and about ill eat wendy's usually potato, chili, and double stak, and as for cardio i have only done that once for when i was getting ready for my show. other than contest prep i dont do cardio.

In a sense, but i just feel obligated to explain my story you know... its been a long journey i haven't taken the easy way out and its as easy for a supposed "Hater" to say one sentence and take 4 years of my life away. I have help, but at the same time i add my own uniqueness to it, just to make it a little more fun.. but if you plan to compete for a competition, find out which one and sign up for it now.. bodybuilding is harder mentally than it is physically.. keep it up and work you ass off.. have fun :)

Thanks man, your looking pretty big yourself.. practice posing.. if your big and dont pose right, youll look small, if your small and pose right youll look big.. just make it look effortless, thats one of the biggest things that i have learned, keep it up and wish me luck, week from sat is my first comp..

thanks a lot! The lipo 6 works great and i recommend it to anyone wanting to get lean, but diet is MOST important when it comes to cutting.
