How I Started:
i started to go running an loose weight, it then progressed to 100 sprinting for a local club, in order to keep fit an get faster i started to train in the gym, an that is where i got my first taste of lifting, i just wanted to lift more and gain muscle , i wanted to be big, an ever since then i have loved every minute in the gym an i will never stop lifting its simply ace!!!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
simply because every time you lift that litle bit more you feel a great sense of achievment and power, its very adictive
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by the feeling of achievment as i mensioned earlier an the only thing that goes through my head is come on dan you can do this!!!!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
being able to bench press my own weight.
