playing several sports is what got me started with keeping in shape.
Working out turned out to be my biggest hobby as i progressed through high school.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
Im motivated by others in the gym. Knowing that i can always do better keeps me strong.
Day 1- Chest + Tri

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped! thanks for the encouragment
"keeping away from salty and sugar foods": I do the same as you. But not too much luck with that lol Your torso rocks big time. Vshaped. I saw your routine. It looks so basic. Only 45 min long. Do you do a lot of compound exercises? Which ones do you like the most??
