When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
After Christmas 2006, I was 194 lbs. of "solid fat" I initially had the goal of losing weight with cardio, so I joined a gym. After a couple of months, I had lost a significant amount of weight, so I then began a weight training regimen. Since then, I have made gains in both strengh and lean muscle. I now weight 205 lbs and lost 4% body fat.
Why I Love It:
I feel great during and after a workout. I really look forward to going to the gym everyday. I love it!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Positive comments from friends and family really keep me going. Also, being my worst critic, it's always nice when I notice results in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gotten stronger than I ever thought I could get and I've gained a few pounds of pure muscle in the past couple of months.
I was always the skinny kid through out school, then in college I got fat and completly out of shape. Now, I want to be the most in shape, strongest dude in the gym. I have a long way to go, but I know that I can do it. Keep up with my profile, I'll be updating my progress often.

I slip my good mornings in between legs and back. I like to do them when I am at my strongest and I can max the weight out. Helps my core strength for deads and squats.
