I have been working out off and on for about 15 years . I just decided to try body building in July 2008 .
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel strong and gives you confidence , espeacially when you can see your results in the mirror .
How I Stay Motivated:
I think what motivates me is the desire to be stronger , keep in shape and look good . Also a little anger motivates me and competition .

I cant say just one because I am trying a couple at the same time , but it seems to be working . I am seeing some nice muscle gains in size and strength . I am taking a whey and a whet protien isolate...more

I am going to start a new work out program . I have been workin out 5 days a week for about 2 months with not much change . I am goin to start the static contraction workout . Its suppose to break platues . We will see and i will let you all know if it works or not .
