Background
I have always been into being fit, but I am turning 30 in about a month and I can tell my metabolism is wanting to make a change for the worse if I don't kick it's ass back in line. I am looking to get back a good solid frame with a medium muscle gain/build in mind. Not looking to compete or be a model, but I am shooting for rock solid.
Feels great to be fit and strong and look it too. It's also fulfilling, mentally, to follow through and be consistent with training. I quit smoking about 4 months ago and am kicking drinking now too. I want to get back to the things I love, like wave surfing and kite surfing, and this is a necessary part of it for me.
