Electa So I am stacking some supplements right now, they are on my page. See how that goes, gotta add CLA to it too. I've read on different sites to lift after cardio but I've read to lift Before cardio, I'm not sure which will work better for me. What do you say! Mar 10, 2009 11:08am

Electa So dodge ball must have went well :) I didnt see u at church, we got there at the 930 service let out, oh well, next week. Dude I am having a hard time Trying to eat 1500 calories. I have a hard time not eating Enough, WHo would have thought. A trainer said I should try 1500 on sat/sun and wed to keep my metabolism fired up and on the other days keep it low for my bmr which is 1050 cal. talk to u later Mar 2, 2009 11:50am

Electa Man I'm sorry I've been MIA. I've Really been concentrating on my workouts and clean eating so I don't spend too much time on the internet. I am taking it up about.. 5 notches so hopefully next week I'll see some change in how everything fits. I figured I have a pretty muscular frame because of softball so I am trying to lean it out a bit! Hope to see you at church though and we'll chat. Feb 26, 2009 9:52am
