I really want to pack on a good 10-15lbs of lean muscle by summer 2009. I have a lot of trouble gaining weight- I've been at 137lbs for a while - I'm talking a good year. Any tips or help would be very much appreciated.
my main goal is to reach 155 lbs (10 extra lbs) of pure muscle, and to stay cut. i also want to work on my abbs and have a perfect 6 pack by december !
My main goal right now is to nail my diet down and to get with a solid routine that I like and see results from.
I also want to lose 15 pounds of fat and put 15 pounds of muscle back on.
