How I Started:
Started doing Tae-Bo in middle school and ate every other day (very unhealthy) but lost a bad 25lbs. In high school slowly started running and was on competitive dance team. College was when I actually started lifiting and learned about eating clean!
Why I Love It:
The energy, power,satisfaction, and confidence I feel after I have finished a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Events or vacations keep me motivated, I have to have something I am constantly working towards. Would love to run a half-marathon and of course compete in fitness. And one day I would love to be able to motivate others to become healthy as well. But first gotta work on me!

1st day on my nutrition plan and cardio plan made by Mike Davies. I already feel overwelmed. Planning is very crucial with this plan and especially with my crazy work schedule. Some days I have to be up at 6am for work and others not still 2 or 3, some days I work 11hrs, others I work 6hrs. So...
I wish you success as you work towards your fitness goals.
