How I Started:
Started doing Tae-Bo in 8th grade over the summer to lose weight going into my freshman year of high school but ate very unhealthy. I ate every other day for three months and lost 25lbs but looked terrible, with no energy. I slowly started running and joined competitive dance team but have always been slacking in the eating department. When I started college I started offically lifting, saw results but my eating was still not right, so not much weight loss. I love to workout and I know how to eat right but NOW IS THE TIME TO PUT IT IN ACTION.
Why I Love It:
The energy and how powerful I feel after I have completed a workout. Knowing I am taking an active approach to be healthier and it just makes you feel good. Plus the confidence and self-esteem booster I get from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Events or vacations keep me motivated, I have to have something I am constantly working towards. I am working towards running a half-marathon right now. I want to be great role model and motivate others but first Ive got to motivate myself

Goal (Long):
Since I use to dance, I would LOVE to be a professional fitness competitor and grace the cover of Oxygen magazine some day. But first things first I want to lose 30lbs and then go from there.
1st day on my nutrition plan and cardio plan made by Mike Davies. I already feel overwelmed. Planning is very crucial with this plan and especially with my crazy work schedule. Some days I have to be up at 6am for work and others not still 2 or 3, some days I work 11hrs, others I work 6hrs. So...
Danni, I think you look great and have a ton of potential. Oh yeah, that but ain't so far away. what does your leg workou look like. Also, doing some of your cardio on a bike while standing will hit the hams and glutes. I would also recommend a book called The Abs Diet to help with nutrition. Hope to hear from you and goog luck.
