For the bigger body parts like chest, back and quads, Im doing 4 sets by 4 reps. And for the smaller body parts, 5-8 reps. Annnd you?

Definitely! Since you'll be lifting heavy, you want to make sure you up both your protein intake and eat good carbs.

Oh I see, Australia thats cool! I actually just got over a major knee injury. Im fully healed now so time to start packing on some muscle in my legs! I like jogging outside too hehe.
