I quit smoking in October of 06 and started eating healthy and decided I want to put on some muscle. I have ewent from 150lbs to 170 in a three month period.
Why I Love It:
I love it simply because it makes me feel good and gives me a ton of evnergy.
How I Stay Motivated:

BB Accomplishments:
Since I have started my biceps and triceps seem to be the most noticeable change. I have gotten many compliments on them which makes me feel good.

I was only 145 pounds when this photo was taken.
This is me weighing in at 185 pounds. I think it looks much better.
Well, I just had a few new photos taken of me and imporovements are definately showing. I would love and appreciate it if everyone could take the time to leave me some comments and rate the new pics. Thaks!!!
Things are going pretty well...going to be switching up my workout and diet plan a bit. It's going to suck, but I need to average a 3lb loss per week, so it's GAME ON!

Thank you!! I'll never smoke again and I don't know how I ever did. It's been nearly 15 years for me... gave them up cold turkey and never craved one ever again. Hope you feel the same!
