I'm eating smarter now too. Cottage cheese (lowfat) before bed, eggs and muscle milk in morning, and everything. tuna too!!. catch upwith ya in a bit, oh ya , look at my workout, top right of my page (in goals)... lata.

200 lbs is way out the question.. My dad when he was trying to get big he only got like 6 1 - 165 ish which is decent, for lean body and all?

The topic you just posted about your 3 day split .. I might try it!
What supplements do you take? If any?
I take muscle milk.. You think 2 servings of that with 2 servings of milk everyday will be good for me.. (Btw 1 serving of milk and muscle milk in 1 shake) like 1 after workout and 1 in morning? or 1 after workout and 1 before bed??

yo dude.. I saw your post about how you started at 160 lbs and maxing 65 lbs on the bench.. That's like where I was yet I'm still skinny..
I started roughly 98 - 100 lbs at5 7
maxing about 60
now I'm only 115 lbs
maxing about 95.
any workout plans to reccomend?
