Honestly, don't even worry about low fat and other stuff like that. Just eat as much quality calories as you can stomach, down a gallon of milk a day, and get AT LEAST 1.5x your bodyweight in protein per day. Don't sweat the eating, that's the easy part. Just make sure you get a calorie/protein surplus and you'll be gaining weight in no time. Happy lifting.

Hey, man. I want to gain weight in the same way you do. Just something that has helped me to gain 11 lbs. of muscle since 5/25 is to do big compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, clean) and to eat like crazy. I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck in attaining your goals.

dude, near 5' 11" (your goal), you should be around 200lbs dawg. ATLEAST 160. and thats bare minimum to do anything (sports especially). gl

Muscle milk is good but don't rely on it too much, you want to eat as much food as you can as of now. Feel free to ask me if you have any other questions
