What type of cutting diet do you follow? Your conditioning is insane, reminds of Rich Gaspari. Really impressive. Currently I'm doing a keto diet for my cut, probably do it for around 16 weeks. Just curious what your cardio and cutting diet are like? Or are you one of those people that are genetically blessed with carrying low bodyfat?

Not focusing on weight. I would like to get down to 4-5% bodyfat hopefully!

I don't think they are up to date anymore. Im dieting right now so i'll see how much of my new mass i keep. Just hoping to keep some of my new size while dieting

Not yet. Im working corrections right now, its not a bad gig. Im working one week on, one week off 12 hour days, good money and state benefits. Im going to stick with it for awhile probably. I gained some good mass this winter after recovering from my crash, now im low carb dieting hoping to get super ripped. Your looking pretty dense in that picture!

AK is a-ok. Juneau is beautiful I grew up in that area. Well quite aways southeast of it but it's the same climate. Right now I live in the interior where it gets colder than a witche's titty!

I don't really do any while bulking up. Except for maybe going to the boxing gym 2-3 days a week. Then I have to eat like a horse to compensate those calories. But when i'm cutting down I will do 40 minutes eliptical on an empty stomach and then 20 minutes after weights.
