nah im actually cutting..very high protein and little carbs..works well for me...when i do bulk again..ill just add in rice at every meal and that will be my bulk.

only got one issue from maxing at 315... On my second rep it began to twitch and tingle.. I think if I wouldnt have re-racked it i would have torn my pectoral. Since then i have laid off the barbell and focus on dumbbell at least for 1-1 1/2 months. Kind of timid to retry again
