Since I stopped playing rugby (following knee injury), I developed a keen interest in weightlifting/bodybuilding. I have always maintained a good level of fitness and frequently trained at the gym.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling during and after a workout. There is nothing better than having a good hard session, where you really put your body through its paces. Working out makes me feel generally good about myself and I like to see the results of my hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always manage to maintain a healthy diet and don't really struggle for motivation. After a long day at work, I am always ready to hit the weights! I like to read and look at magazines, like Muscle & Fitness, to keep me focused.

Muscle and Size. Look hot in my suit and not have it hanging off me like a sack!
Goal (Long):
Develop all muscle groups. Improve muscle definition. Significantly increase muscle size - arms and legs. Need 6-pac to be improved - focus on lower abs. Increase strength - Bench Press. Develop biceps after 2 months off with tendon injury. Increase quad muscles (muscle loss after knee surgery).
Nice one.....i have put on a few pounds over the last couple of weeks which is good. About 2.5kgs away from my goal. Ideally want to hit 80kgs by xmas.
