During these months you've achived amazing results.
At this time I'm doing some crunches, eagle push ups and sit ups every day, and at the same time I'm using dumbbells and it's easier to file my goals.
Comparing the pictures of June to February does not seem to have progressed much, and I am a bit discouraged. Maybe because I've been very consistent and I have to prepare for the final exams of course.
After this I hope to be more constant in my training.
