Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain enough muscle so that i dont look skinny before the summer time.
Goal (Long): I want to be noticeably muscular, esp. in the chest and biceps/forearms. I want a good back too and respectable legs. I think 200 Lbs is about right. I want to attain this goal in about two years.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 50 lb

7:30 woke up to a text message saying that my dog got run over and may be a tripod.

8:30 cleaned the kitchen

12:30 went to class (accounting blows!)

LUNCH (ate it late- 1:45 or so)

1 serving of ham
1 serving of "beef pot pie" (whatever the hell that is)
1.5 serving of black...

Daniel, you look like you have a great frame to start building on. Train hard and eat well and you will see some dynamic changes in no time. Good luck man as you start your transformation.

hi if you are looking to put on size the first place to start is in the kitchen.always remember that you are breaking down the muscle in the gym with the weights then growing when you relax and eat.make sure that you are getting 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight and 2g per pound in carbs.eat every 2 to 3 hours drink lots of water and kick ass in the gym.if you stick to it you will make great gains.best of luck.
