Goal (Long):
I want to be noticeably muscular, esp. in the chest and biceps/forearms. I want a good back too and respectable legs. I think 200 Lbs is about right. I want to attain this goal in about two years.
Daniel, you look like you have a great frame to start building on. Train hard and eat well and you will see some dynamic changes in no time. Good luck man as you start your transformation.
hi if you are looking to put on size the first place to start is in the kitchen.always remember that you are breaking down the muscle in the gym with the weights then growing when you relax and eat.make sure that you are getting 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight and 2g per pound in carbs.eat every 2 to 3 hours drink lots of water and kick ass in the gym.if you stick to it you will make great gains.best of luck.
