I am just starting. I'm not looking for a quick fix to being thin but more of a long term realistic muscle building process. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.

Goal (Long):
I want to be noticeably muscular, esp. in the chest and biceps/forearms. I want a good back too and respectable legs. I think 200 Lbs is about right. I want to attain this goal in about two years.

hi if you are looking to put on size the first place to start is in the kitchen.always remember that you are breaking down the muscle in the gym with the weights then growing when you relax and eat.make sure that you are getting 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight and 2g per pound in carbs.eat every 2 to 3 hours drink lots of water and kick ass in the gym.if you stick to it you will make great gains.best of luck.
