Breakfast

4 egg white with a tbsp Salsa

1/2 cup of oatmeal with blueberries and a touch of brown splenda

 

Protein shake with banana after a workout

 

Lunch

Form of protein

Small Salad or sweet potatoe

1 cup of veggies

 

 

Small snack usually some cottage cheese or a can of tuna with salsa

 

Supper

form of protein

Salad with veggies.

 

Last meal

Protein Shake

adeleon1 Hey have you tried taking some BCAA amino acids before you work out? I take it b4 i work out and it really helps with soreness and gives me just enough energy (nothing like a pre-workout) I use Bcaa Blast its made by SNI.Sot sure if they sell it where you live. watermelon .I also tried sending a PM to you it said that you have chosen not to receive P.M. did my acct give you the same msg?
