I got started when I was 16 years old and going through a rough time during my high school years. The gym was a way for me to relieve stress. I continued off and on through the rest of high school and college. May of 2006 I found out I was pregnant and after having my son lost a lot of my "baby" fat. It was then after being cheated on, emotionall and physically abused by my son's father that I realized I wanted to start all over (Fresh). I started working out at home with Tae Bo (Go Ol' Billy) and then moved into the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it makes me less stressed about things in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just have that drive built in my body to keep it up.
I want to have the body like Lisa Marie Varon aka Tara (TNA).
Goal (Long):
I have been working out off and on sense I was in high school. I always thought I wanted this very defined and muscular body but because I am short it doesn't look right and I bulk up to fast. I want my arms nice and toned without the bulk. I also want to tighten my gluteus maximus and my legs. I also want a nice toned and firm stomach. I have been back in the gym since January 2009. I know I can achieve my goal before the year is up.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
18%

yea i know exactly where the greene is i just never been to where you work out at. i either go to huber heights ymca or cardinal on old troy in huber..acutually live in huber heights but considered dayton.
