I hope to drop a little more body fat. I am going to run the Warrior Dash in NorCal OCT 27, so I need to increase my cardio endurance. While training I also plan to sculpt my stomach and legs a bit more.

StephanieEls Hi Danielle I also didn't see many changes with Jamie's program the first 2 months. My arms got stronger, and maybe my legs (not sure). but i felt a lot better and more confident. The main thing I keep telling myself is that I am not doing it for the changes I imidiatly want, but as a kick start to my new "life". just dont stop :) it takes time :) Jun 11, 2012 4:04am
