Background
I started working out earlier this year but have recently been inspired to take things up a notch. My eating habits are terrible and I am going to start following a better diet and workout routine.
The gyn for me is an escape. I look forward to going and try to use my time wisely. I love the way I feel after working out, and feel sluggish if I miss a day. I've had more energy since I started going to the gym and I can't wait to see how much better I feel when I change my diet.
