My Motivation Program

I am definitely motivated by other women in the fitness world that I admire. I am motivated by the goals I am constantly developing and definitely by the people I have become friends with at the gym. I am motivated by the expectations I have created, by my husband, my kids, my friends, and my family. And above all, I am motivated because working out is my FAVORITE thing to do. I would pack-up and just LIVE at the gym if I could, haha!

ceramicer43 no sugar, no white breat, no coke, no include gas drinks. I have never use some pills or the other things. I believe natural things are better than anything. ceramicer43 First of all, thanks for your interest. I started a new program yesterday. "Jim Stoppani's Shortcut To Size" plan in this website. I was working out a program approximate 1,5 mount in my workout plan side. usually eat chiken, fish etc. (Expecially white meat),eat black meat only weekend. (ship meat or cow meat) and 4 egg white 4 times a week,(total 16 in breakfast). Dec 25, 2012 2:32am
