I became interested because of my friends who pushed me to get into it. All of a sudden I found myself trying to soak in all of the information there is to bodybuilding not only modern but also the "golden ages"
Why I Love It:
Its great for the body and it teaches discipline and self reliance. If you set a goal its up to yourself how and when your going to get there because your results will show your dedication to the sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing others who can lift more than me and simply saying lets see who can lift the most and pose the best.
BB Accomplishments:
Not yet any but planning to add as the years go by.
It takes years to prepare for a bodybuilding competition. I chose to start early so that I can have a heads up on important information and ideas I can use in my journey to my first competition. I used to be a runner and cyclist but once I saw the weight set and what they can give me I have never been able to stop. My final goal is to weigh in at 180 in offseason and a shredded 165 or so in competition. From there I can set new goals to my experiences.
What's up man. I haven't heard from you in a while. I like the muscular physique in your new profile pic. Keep up the good work. When you have a chance check out the video that I posted last month on my bodyspace.profile that I linked from youtube of me flexing. Right now a friend of mine that is a personal trainer at 24 hr fitness has put me on a one month clean bulk diet to get my frame a bit bigger.
Thanks.
5000 to 7000 calories per day. About 3 pounds of meat a day. Each about 7 times a day. You got to bulk up. We have guys are the gym that has taken 2 years off competing to bulk up. They gain 30 pounds and cut back to 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. It is not easy but with hard work and eating you can do it.
It's not difficult for me to get back to it, it's difficult to hold back, I like to work out a little too hard sometimes. It's great you started to work out again, you look like you're doing well. Good luck and keep at it.
What's up Daniel. I haven't heard from you in a while. You still lifting weights at the gym? Right now I'm going to the gym every 2 days a weak now do to other things like school and work, but I'm training really hard on those days too. Trained my muscle so hard that they are sore I can barely move them *L*. I have to put the muscles through extreme intensity to stimulate them and get some extreme sleeping for them to grow. I hope all if well for you my friend. Let me know what's up.
What's up man. You have myspace account. Check out the blog on my profile at http://www.myspace.com/numbere dbeast666. I have posted many articles there on pertaining to bodybuilding and nutrition. If you have to add me on as a friend if you don't want too. My profile is open to everyone that wants to read it.
Thanks.
What's up man? How's the training going. I've been doing allot of cardio at the gym and while I'm still getting lean, I'm not gaining any weight because of it. I've started using a weight vest to help me out in certain exercises.
Thanks.
On your way to a great physique. Solid muscle and definition throughout from traps to abs via thick/ripped back, thick chest/pecs and great arms. Continued success with all your goals. Andre
