How I Started:
I was a Martial Arts Competitor and was 170lbs for a very long time. Even in the Army (Airborne Infantry) stayed close to 170lbs thru out my military term. When I got out of the army I worked with a Security company in late 2004 and had a co worker who was 5'5, 234 lbs all muscle and he got me motivated to work out and get my old goal back to start training and get big and shredded.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause it makes me feel great seeing the results and having other people tell me how good my progress is going.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated watching my Rocky movies, and of course my old high school buddy Heath Morin who is a proffessional Body builder.
BB Accomplishments:
My shoulders, chest and arms, I still am working on my legs to get them exactly the way I want them.
