How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
My reps will vary depending on if it is a power type day or not. I will do 10's or more for legs usually. Anywhere from 1 rep to 10 reps for upper body exercises.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Rest times also vary, obviously, by what type of a workout is being done that day. For heavy days I rest 3+ minutes, regular days I'll rest @ 1.5 min.-2.5 min. depending on the exercise.
