How I Started:
I was always in some sport as a kid (soccer, gymnastics, ballet, taekwondo, wu shu) but was always chubby. I started running outside at around 13, and joined a gym 2 years later.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel when I can do it, and how my body feels when it is capable.
Also, the endorphins. Love that runners' high! :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't always, but it comes in waves. ;)
Mostly I just try to keep in mind how I feel when I have worked out, and when I don't feel fat. lol.
Good motivator there.

wow we're like motivation twins.lol i hit the gym hard for like 6 weeks or until i can see my abs then i slack then repeat. i'm kinda new to the site check my prof. and let me know what ya think
How do you like the Planet Fitness down there? I thought I wouldn't care for it, but from what we have in my area, it's the best gym/price and it's 24 hours.
