Doing 210kg calf raises yesterday. Have a small wooden step to get extra dip on it. On first rep of last set feet were too far forward and wood rolled over causing me to step forward. Weight just dropped to the stoppers bending bar 45 degrees and smith machine runners. Screwed it big time....
