so what if you lose your abs? Bulking is purely for the function of putting on weight. If you want to keep your abs, you'll never be much bigger than you are now.

For bout 8 mts. Gained ova 20lbs bulking now tryin to lose some of the fat gained lol. Training has been good so far. How bout you?

Yes photos a bit old BUT showing solid base to pack on the muscle and definition. Good start to traps, arms, chest and abs. Stay motivated and keep us updated. Andre
