Glad you like what I said!! Check out my gains as of late! Friday I did 2 reps of 275 on the bench press with no help. new record for me I fell good and pump after that. I want to hit 300lbs by May 1st. Also getting real hard and getting super strong. MAxing out a lot equipment at gym and the heaviest weights feel light now. Never thought I would get this strong and built!! Have a good one

Your too hard on yoruself. You look GREAT. 25 not 52. Just turn that 5lbs into muscle and you will look even better. I hit 191 Lbs in body weight this AM. First time in the 190's. I am very happy about that. Next stop 200lbs+!! Happy Holidays. PS: New pictures on the way!!
