The lighting sucks... I promise my bicep is bigger in person. I still have a lot of work to do. My shoulder is lookin good though

Legs still have a lot of work... Quality of the pic. sucks. But there is a little definition there. At least mycalves don't look too bad :)

Everything is coming in nicely :) I've definately made progress since the last back pic. I took. There's a little more definition and my shoulders are a little more developed. And my V shape is coming along :)

I'm ashamed I let myself get this bad... This was taken a few days after I joined my gym. I was about 135 here. I look HUGE... and GROSS!

A month after I joined the gym again... and eating cleaner! I'm pretty happy with the results so far. I've slimmed down quiet a bit. One of these days I'll have abs! haha
