Overall Goal:  I'm gonna have the best built body that I can have! My first goal is to get down to 15% body fat and the shoot for 12%. I'll get there one step at a time

Fit Status:  So I've been back in the gym for a month and I've already seen some pretty good changes :) Can't wait to see how far I'll be come December!

How I Started:
An old friend of mine introduced me to his ex girlfriend one day and we got along great from the start. We had a lot in common and she was looking for a workout partner and I said I was up for it. It was a great opportunity to have someone teach me the ropes and to have someone to motivate/compete with me.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love?? It's great seeing the changes in my body with the hard work I put into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
In the past, my family never really supported me when I decided to get in better shape and eat healthier. And when I got off track from all that a few months ago, they have been putting me down because I want to get back into it. So they are giving me a big push to stay motivated by trying to bring me down. I'm going to prove to them and myself that I can and will stick to it and be in the best shape ever. Just because my family is overweight, doesn't mean I have to be.

Goal (Overall):
I'm gonna have the best built body that I can have! My first goal is to get down to 15% body fat and the shoot for 12%. I'll get there one step at a time
Goal (Long):
When I was younger, I always wanted to have a nice slim body. And I took the hard way around that. I battled with my eating habits on and off throughout high school, and NOT in a healthy way. Then something inside me clicked and I realized I was doing more harm to my body than good. So I quickly changed my ways. Around mid-September I started working out with my friend Danielle. At the time, I just wanted to get back in shape. She gave me some Oxygen magazines to read and those girls inspired me to have the BEST body that I can have. I've always been a very motivated and determined person. And I know one day I will reach that goal. But I also want the best built body that I can have. I want to be the girl that other women look up to. I wanna be that girl where people look at and say "if she can do it, so can I." One of these days, I will be an inspiration and influence to others. I think that would be an even greater achievement than I can imagine! And I want to prove to those who think that I can’t do this, or I won’t stick to this… that I CAN and I WILL get where I want to be. I just have to stay focused and not let anything bring me down. I have no doubt in my mind I'll go far beyond my goals.

What is your favorite bicep building exercise?
Biceps are my favorite so pretty much any bicep exercise makes me happy. But I really look forward to In and Outs

So... After not having a gym to go to for five months, I finally found one that I can afford. I've been back in the gym for a month and eating a lot cleaner. I'm amazed at the changes I've already seen in my body. Thank God for muscle memory too! I thought it would take me a lot longer than this...

Cool, I went to FSU. We play you guys for the first time this year. Training is going well at the moment. Slow, as my poor wrist can only handle so much. It's hard to lift and know that you have to hold back a little. You?
