How I Started:
An old friend of mine introduced me to his ex girlfriend one day and we got along great from the start. We had a lot in common and she was looking for a workout partner and I said I was up for it. It was a great opportunity to have someone teach me the ropes and to have someone to motivate/compete with me.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love?? It's great seeing the changes in my body with the hard work I put into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture myself where I'll be a year from now. That and I don't want to end up like the rest of my family. I'm going against what my genetics have in store for me.

This is before I even started working out. I have no definition to my body... it's disgusting.
Everything is coming in nicely :) I've definately made progress since the last back pic. I took. There's a little more definition and my shoulders are a little more developed. And my V shape is coming along :)

Goal (Long):
When I was younger, I always wanted to have a nice slim body. And I took the hard way around that. I battled with my eating habits on and off throughout high school, and NOT in a healthy way. Then something inside me clicked and I realized I was doing more harm to my body than good. So I quickly changed my ways. Around mid-September I started working out with my friend Danielle. At the time, I just wanted to get back in shape. She gave me some Oxygen magazines to read and those girls inspired me to have the BEST body that I can have. Not only do I want the 6 pack abs... but I WILL have them one day. I've always been a very motivated and determined person. And I know one day I will reach that goal. But I also want the best built body that I can have. My goal is to get down to 13% body fat and maintain that, and then shoot for 9 to 10%.
I want to be the girl that other women look up to. I wanna be that girl where people look at and say "if she can do it, so can I." One of these days, I will be an inspiration and influence to others. I think that would be an even greater achievement than I can imagine! And I want to prove to those who think that I can’t do this, or I won’t stick to this… that I CAN and I WILL get where I want to be. I just have to stay focused and not let anything bring me down. Now that I have the help from David Latimer, I have no doubt in my mind I'll go far beyond my goals.

Ugh yea I here ya on that..Im trying to fight being sick right now..seems every where I go some ones sick. I just started like 2 weeks ago on my diet..so we shall c..lol !

good luck and keep up the hard work...it will all come back soon enough. i just started a new routine so i feel like i am back at the begining as well.
Well make sure you get rest, and hydrate. I started taking vit c with zinc in it. Got it at vitamin shop, everyone in class was sick over the winter and I started taking it, never got sick. I take one pill with my post workout protein. Try it out.
