Tues Back: Pullups 3 sets to failure
Seated cable pulls 4 sets 6-10 reps
Lat pulldowns 3-4 sets 6-10 reps
Lower back extensions 4 sets 10-15 reps
20-30 min cardio
Wed. Cardio: 30-45 minutes
Thurs. Legs Barbell squats 4-5 sets 6-10 reps
Reverse barbell lunges 3-4 sets 6-10 reps
Leg extensions 4 sets 6-10 reps
Leg curls 4 sets 6-10 reps
20-30 min cardio
Fri. arms superset: barbell curl & skull crusher 3- 4sets
superset: dumbell curl & overhead dumbell extension
superset: cable curl & cable extension
20-30 min. cardio
Sat & Sun Rest
I am going to do this for the first 3-4 weeks of the challenge, then I am going to switch it up.

My Transformation Essay
Posted in General : Mar 19, 2011 12:09pmMy Transformation began the day I saw it advertised on Bodybuilding.com. It was the week before Christmas and I was in the midst of my normal holiday binge eating marathon. When I read about the transformation challenge I knew I was in. I decided I would allow myself to enjoy my holiday and start the day after Christmas, I had to work New Years anyway so it was no loss there.
My first challenge was to quit drinking Diet Coke, (at least 6 a day). I did it cold turkey knowing that my diet was going to be key if I wanted to actually transform. My main problem was

Posted in General : Mar 06, 2011 7:02pmHaving never been in a competition or challenge like this I'm not sure if I am where I should be at weight wise after 10 weeks. I would like to have all the fat off my lower abs obviously but I don't think I am too far off! But I'm also proud of myself for not falling off the wagon like I normally do. If I did cheat I limited it to one bad meal or afternoon, not a whole weekend, and I used it as motivation the days afterwards. Now the last two weeks have arrived and I am determined to not sabatoge my success and do everything it takes to be in the best shape I can be in at the end
