Tues Back: Pullups 3 sets to failure
Seated cable pulls 4 sets 6-10 reps

My Transformation Essay

My Transformation began the day I saw it advertised on Bodybuilding.com. It was the week before Christmas and I was in the midst of my normal holiday binge eating marathon. When I read about the transformation challenge I knew I was in. I decided I would allow myself to enjoy my holiday and start the day after Christmas, I had to work New Years anyway so it was no loss there.


My first challenge was to quit drinking Diet Coke, (at least 6 a day). I did it cold turkey knowing that my diet was going to be key if I wanted to actually transform.  My main problem was

The hard work on the treadmill really paid off on the scale this week! I have never run this much and I actually am starting to look forward to doing cardio instead of dreading it! Last week I put it at least 15 miles on the treadmill. I also was extra strict on my diet this week, on Thursday I tried to eliminate all sodium. And I started eating Tilapia for lunch and dinner with green veggies. Other meals were either a protein shake or tuna fish. I guess it worked with the weight loss, so I am going to keep hitting the cardio like a spazz and keep eating Tilapia!! And drinking water in ti...

SPRINT TO THE FINISH

Having never been in a competition or challenge like this I'm not sure if I am where I should be at weight wise after 10 weeks. I would like to have all the fat off my lower abs obviously but I don't think I am too far off! But I'm also proud of myself for not falling off the wagon like I normally do. If I did cheat I limited it to one bad meal or afternoon, not a whole weekend, and I used it as motivation the days afterwards. Now the last two weeks have arrived and I am determined to not sabatoge my success and do everything it takes to be in the best shape I can be in at the end

guest I'm so excited I stumbled across BB.com's post on Facebook about you. I literally just started training again this week after a 8mos. hiatus. I had my 30th birthday two weeks ago and I felt miserable. At 26 I was 6'1" and a shredded 190, now I look and feel old weighing in at 224. I know i have what it takes I just have to be consistent and stay motivated. You are a true inspiration and I hope my results can be as outstanding as yours were in 12 weeks (Xmas). Awesome work!
