I love the sense of accomplishment it gives me. The gym is my escape, and working out is a passion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have 4 year old twins and live in a two story house, one's up and one's down! I am the stairmaster! I want to always be active with them and set a good example for them. Having an upcoming event also helps me stay motivated.

1st place in Masters Figure 2nd place in Novice Figure class at 2007 Texas Shredder (MY FIRST COMPETITION) 1st place in Masters and 2nd in Class B at Branch Warren Classic 2008
