I love the sense of accomplishment it gives me. The gym is my escape, and working out is a passion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have 4 year old twins and live in a two story house, one's up and one's down! I am the stairmaster! I want to always be active with them and set a good example for them. Having an upcoming event also helps me stay motivated.
