What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They don't use support and they don't have proper form.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tore and strained lower back muscles doing deadlifts. I would say i'm fully recovered, but i don't go all out on deadlifts anymore. It took a bit over a month to get back to weights. It's 10,8,6 week and i'm pumped. I just got done having two workout sessions of squat and bench with some auxilaries. My first workout I put up 200x10, 205x8, and 210x6. My second workout I put up 205x10, 210x8, and 215x5
Seventy-five bucks? That's a Olympic style bench. What a steal! And, yes, I drew the sketches in my gallery. I've seen some awesome illustrations that look exactly like photographs. Wish I could draw like those artists! Still, the drawings gave me an opportunity to speak with Vic Martinez, Bill Grant, Gustavo Badell, Ray Mentzer, Ron Teufel, and others.

if u want my honest opinion...i love ZMA..its my favorite supplement...ive noticed i sleep better at nights along with a little testostrone boost in my lifts...its overall a great supplement
Welcome and congrats on recent success with the squats. Like you say bench is well on the way and no reason not to be ready by February. Keep an eye on your progress. Andre
