What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They don't use support and they don't have proper form.

It's 10,8,6 week and i'm pumped. I just got done having two workout sessions of squat and bench with some auxilaries. My first workout I put up 200x10, 205x8, and 210x6. My second workout I put up 205x10, 210x8, and 215x5

Seventy-five bucks? That's a Olympic style bench. What a steal! And, yes, I drew the sketches in my gallery. I've seen some awesome illustrations that look exactly like photographs. Wish I could draw like those artists! Still, the drawings gave me an opportunity to speak with Vic Martinez, Bill Grant, Gustavo Badell, Ray Mentzer, Ron Teufel, and others.

if u want my honest opinion...i love ZMA..its my favorite supplement...ive noticed i sleep better at nights along with a little testostrone boost in my lifts...its overall a great supplement
