When I Started:
How I Started:
I would say I became serious about 2.5 years ago; it began with serious training for competitive Triathlon and has slowly developed into Bodybuilding/Sculpting.
Why I Love It:
I used to LOVE the off-season training for Triathlon when you would pack on the muscle and gain the weight back that you lost through the season to go into the next with plenty of energy and strength. I mostly LOVE seeing the results, the AMAZING gains, and feeling bigger. Coming out of race season at 130 Lbs makes you feel incredibly small.
How I Stay Motivated:
Variety! I have a short attention span and get bored easily. I LOVE NEW and challenging workouts!
BB Accomplishments:
No Bodybuilding Accomplishments YET! However, I have many Endurance Racing Accomplishments...Mostly Triathlon...Most recent, TWO 1st Place Division Winner at last 2 races.

Main Goal:
Improve For A Sport
Goal (Overall):
I want to gain a SOLD 10-15 pounds. Go from 135 to 145/150 and still be a competitive endurance athlete.
Goal (Long):
As of right now I have gained quite a bit. I have gone from 135 all the way to 156. 20 pounds in 3 months...as you can see with the add, came some softness. SO, to keep it in check I am CUTTING right now down to 145. Then do another 20 pound gain to 165 and cut back down to 150/155 by NEXT SPRING (next race season). By following this plan I should be right on track to gain my 10-15 solid pounds.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

Dan, thanks for the add. You have built a great physique. Competing in triathlons and maintaining your muscularity is very respectable. Adding that extra 15 pounds should benefit your endurance races. Fully expect to see you build up your muscle mass and win a lot more races.
