I'm at Fort Drum where in the winter it's usually in the low 10s-20s during the winter. Little fat never hurt anyone ;)

First pic taken after the winter cut. After shedding the winter fat, definitely saw the areas I was lacking.

Taken after a big shake and during a bulking and strength gain phase. Scale said 174 today. Can't wait to hit my goals so I can get back down to being really lean.

Taken after drinking a shake and coming to the end of my bulking phase. Almost time to cut up!

Early morning, 30 minutes after breakfast. WT: 174 according to the scale.
I was going to bulk up to 180, letting my body smooth out but I'm going back to AZ sooner than anticipated so I'm going to lean out trying not to lose any mass along the way.

On good track to have my relaxed sixer in a couple weeks. My obliques are very big, mostly genetics, partly because I do a lot of rock climbing.

About mid day. Progress is slow but sure, I want to make sure I don't lose any muscle.
