How I Started:
I had life changes about 2 years ago and knew it was time to lose weight, tone up and start a new life...as I call it My "NEW BEGINNING"...
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out! My life and work enviroment can be very stressful and working out gives me the strength to just focus on ME...And now that I am seeing results, I am happier and have a new outlook on my life.....
How I Stay Motivated:
Good question..Through family & friends... They have seen some major life changes within me and they give me the strength to keep moving....I also love to read "Fitness" magazine, that has really motivated my hiney! lol
BB Accomplishments:
Since Feb 08' I weighed 172..... and as of July 08 I weigh 145! That's a huge accomplishment for me. I like what I see and the results and effort I am putting into this...........

Goal (Long):
My goal is get down to my original weight of 125 lbs..This was before I had my 2 children and both were c-sections...
My fitness goal is to lose 30 more pounds and with that being said, possible breast augmentation within the year of 2009 due to having 2 kids, breastfeeding and losing weight, somethings can just head south! LOL
I gained alot of pregnancy weight within an 8 year span and never really motivated or desire to lose it. It's been extremely difficult to even try to tone up in the belly area due to c-sections. That will be my most challenging area...
I want my entire body to be more tone, stronger and of course just a more healthier individual....

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and possibly in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
