How I Started:
I wanted to loose a few pounds before my senior prom so I joined a gym and headed straight to the cardio machines. I became friends with a lot of trainers and from there learned that it takes more than just cardio to get the body you dream of.
Why I Love It:
Just walking into the gym makes me feel more confident about myself. I have learned a lot these past few years.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have come to realize staying motivated for me is a little rough. When I start a program/diet I am very good , but then a couple of months pass by and I somehow slip.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not sure if I would ever want to compete but I def. would love to have a figure competitors body type. If you think you can help, hit me up :)
