I saw that you had mentioned about trying to keep your cortisol levels down, which goes hand in hand with keeping your test levels up, read this article and let me know what you think. http://www.flexonline.com/chromium_testosterone_muscle/nutrition/97

My goal is within 6 years be close to competing so I am not all that worried about the weight part I am content in the 240-260 range for now, I sweat like crazy and burn tons of calories at the gym but at the same time I am building some quality mass, theoretically it has been evening it self out, results are in the gains of pounds I have been putting on the bars and my pant sizes keep dropping ....down to a 40 not bad from a 50 waist 4 months ago.

Thanks for stopping by, yes I am as a matter of fact. Been busting my hump, just haven't had much time to do updating here on the site, I haven't been losing much more weight I think my muscle building is overpowering the weight loss part ( muscle weighs more than fat) that should taper off in the next few months and I should see some good results.

Coffee is a good way to start the day but some bodybuilders may want to consider functional foods for better results. For example, functional food coffee such as JavaFit may be a better for bodybuilders to drink than regular coffee. JavaFit coffee contains caffeine, green tea extract, garcinia cambogia and niacin.
