I was a U.S. Marine for four years and stayed in great shape but gained ALOT of fat after I got out. Thats where I learned the basics of working out and have recently started lifting again to regain my Marine Corps body back.
Why I Love It:
I don't know if I would say that I love working out, but I do love the results of working out. Its the actual "working out" that I'm not too fond of.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly look at old pictures of me and see how much I've already improved and that reassures me that what I'm doing is actually working. I also read alot of muscle building magazines to inspire me to work towards my goal.
My short term goal is to lose 25lbs of fat and replace it with 25lbs of muscle.
Goal (Long):
I started my program about 3 weeks ago and have lost 10lbs so far. My goal is to become lean and cut. I don't want too much muscle but I definitley need more than I have now. My main focus right now is to have less than 10% bodyfat. When I started my program I weighed 200lbs even. I now weigh 190lbs.
This guy is probably at the absolute peak of what I would ultimately like to achieve. When you're talking about long term goals, he is at the absolute peak of what I hope to achieve.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Basically, any model for a Bowflex commercial.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
My first goal would be to get my body similar to Ryan Reynolds. After that I would want to add some more muscle and look like the mexican bad guy in that movie "Crank".
