In addition to completing an Iron Man Triathlon in 2009, I would like to accomplish four things in the athletic realm:
1. Gain a little more muscle size--1-3 inches on the pecs, lats, glutes and legs proportionally and maybe an inch or two off the waist (I'm now a 34")
2. Drop my body fat to ca. 10%. I'm now averaging ca. 20%.
3. Gain flexibility--esp. be able to do full splits, both front and side (I'm in awe of those Jean Claude VanDamme movies where he's in a full side split between two chairs.) Also some of the more difficult balancing positions--maybe even some ring work.
Any advice from anybody on all or any of these three things will be greatly appreciated.

Why that was very sweet of you to say. I use to be self consious of it my whole life and sometime I LET MS hold me back, but the issues are things in the past. Just like so many other HEALTH ISSUES I USE to have. Have a great night.
