Fit Status:
After some rest, it is time ot get back on the horse. Feeling pretty good, but my back is a little tender from teaching martial arts classes
Like most, high school sports and my older brother got me interested.
Why I Love It:
I'm super competitive and lifting has always been an inner competition for me. So much so I became a personal trainer and I like to incorporate fitness into the defensive tactics classes I teach.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am driven person by nature. My family helps and encourages me all of the time. My job also motivates me to stay in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning gold at powerlifting event. Setting my sights on a natural bb contest.

Well, I have sorta focused my training toward powerlifting more than bodybuilding. I am unconventional in PL training though, as I train more BB. I just think the overall body training is more suited for me and it allows my body to get stronger, not just certain lifts. I also think BB training...
