She's 64 and does one arm pushups, competes in powerlifting, and has 15 inch biceps. That's more inspiring to me than a 25 year old kid with 4% bodyfat. Is it bad that I want to arm wrestle a 64 year old woman?

I'm a Heavy Duty kind of guy. I mix Mentzer, Doggcrapp and X-rep principles as well as Dorian Yates training techniques.
