How've you been doing? keeping up with your regime? Enjoying anything new fitness related? Anywhere cool in your area for mountain biking? I used to love mountain biking in the deserts of Arizona, I wonder if it's similar where you are.

Cool profile pic Dan. A man of the iron and mountain biking. What kind of MTB do you ride? I have a Specialized Epic that keeps me out of trouble. -Jeff
