Background
I got started in weightlifting in jr high. I've been doing it every since off and on,more off than on :) I've always had trouble gaining weight until 2006 when I got serious, I went from 160 Lbs to 180 Lbs in just 10 weeks. Had some ups and downs over the years and decided this was the lifestyle I wanted. Thats why I decided to become a Fitness Coach. I love the feeling of coaching someone to hit their goals,it's a mayjor accomplishment for me. Now my wife and I are on the journey together and look forward to what our future brings us.
I love how it brings me to life !
