Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I got started in weightlifting in jr high. I've been doing it every since off and on,more off than on :) I've always had trouble gaining weight until 2006 when I got serious, I went from 160 Lbs to 180 Lbs in just 10 weeks. Had some ups and downs over the years and decided this was the lifestyle I wanted. Thats why I decided to become a Fitness Coach. I love the feeling of coaching someone to hit their goals,it's a mayjor accomplishment for me. Now my wife and I are on the journey together and look forward to what our future brings us.

Workout Progress: End of Week 3

Right on I got through week 3! The exercises seem to be getting a lot easier, and my cardio is improving a lot. When I timed myself April 1st in running, I ran 2 miles in 26 mins, now I'm running 2 miles in 24 min. Still not where I want it to be, when I was 17 my time for 2 miles was 15:30, this is what Im shooting for now. I incereased my working weight by 5 lbs each week to further challenge my muscles. Yoga is getting eaiser each time, I can actually get into some of the positions now. I started to wear down the last 2 days and am so glad that this week is over. I'm takig the day offÂ...

Workout Progress Report: End of Week 2

 Just got off an 8 month experiment of letting myself go and eating very unhealthy. Wanted to see if this program P90x could get me to where I want be in this type of shape. I've done alot experiments on myself in the past , but this one tops the cake. It's certainly not something I would ever do again nor advise anyone to do. I was gonna go a full year of the unfit plan , but I started to get worried about my health. Specially after I was laid off from my job 3 months ago, all I did was sit around watching T.V and playing freaking Call of Duty II . Just sunk even deeper and faster...
