How I Started:
Inspired by dad. Seeing some of the pictures from his younger days gave me the kick to try and emulate one of my idols. Giving me his treasured "The incredible Lou Ferrigno" book the addiction started.
Why I Love It:
Its an amazing discipline, i have played sport for years but nothing has forced me into eating cleanly and maintaining my body like Bb has.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the feeling of a pump... working out is just a way to get what i want!
