How I Started: well i always had weights lying round the house, an then my dad bought me a gym mambership an i havent stoped since.
Why I Love It: i just love the feeling of being in the gym, the atmosphere, i just feel happy when i m there.
How I Stay Motivated: january 5th im inlisting into the Australian defence force, as a rifle man in the army an i want to be as physicaly and mentally prepared as i can be.
BB Accomplishments: well having bad genetics an weighing 65 kg to slowly bulking up an gaining 15 kg over the past 3 years is an accomplishment for me

I did the cert 3 last year specalising in Gym Instructing. The cert 4 start's in March (I'm doing it by correspondence). I'm going to pick up some weekend workshops in Boxing and Resistance TRaining etc because the course only seems to skim over the topics
