How I Started: I bought an 85lb set from a friend. Prior to that, I put objects in a 5 gallon bucket and ran a horseshoe stake thru the handle for a bar.
Why I Love It: I have always been an athlete and bodybuilding made me much better.
How I Stay Motivated: It's part of me, now. I have to work out.
